Improving the quality of your life is at the heart of all my therapies.

Fed up with your aches and pains, muscle tension, nervousness, fear and stress?

I work with people who are ready and willing to let go of any unnecessary pain and stress so they can get on with enjoying their lives.

Your body is a road map of your life so far. If you would like to work with me, and would like to explore your own pain and stress, start letting it go and start living a more enjoyable life then I would be delighted to work with you.

Established in 1997, I offer daytime, evening and even occasional weekend appointments.

I currently work via Zoom online video-call appointments and from therapy rooms in Winchcombe.

I offer a range of complementary therapies which can be used alongside conventional healthcare. Positive Appropriate Touch, (PAT), is important for all ages and the most popular of my therapies is Holistic Massage.

Your body is the road map of your life and holds your mental, emotional and spiritual issues in its physical muscular tissues. Positive Appropriate Touch is so important for all ages and, by relieving muscle tension through massage, we also unlock and release those issues, giving you a general feeling of well-being.

Appointments are available both during the day and evenings in the week to suit your needs and I also offer occasional weekend appointments. I offer on-line 'Zoom' Video-Call appointments and I also work from my therapy room at home opposite Winchcombe Medical Centre on Greet Road. In exceptional circumstances, for those unable to travel, I may offer mobile appointments in your own home (for an additional fee).

I trained as a Holistic Therapist over 20 years ago after a serious health issue of my own. It was during my treatment that I discovered the deep and important connection between our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

I was so enthralled, enlightened and excited by the discovery that I gave up a well-paid job in Bristol to take a new career path in complementary healthcare – focusing on the holistic approach.

Since then I have worked alongside and received training from many leading and respected complementary healthcare professionals. Every day I look forward to learning something new from my work, my clients or my associates.

For more than two years I was a volunteer complementary therapist at the Sue Ryder Hospice in Cheltenham, where I worked with patients with chronic and life-limiting conditions and people receiving end-of-life care. It was an honour to help improve the quality of life of people and their families facing such difficult circumstances.

I am passionate about my work and absolutely love being a Holistic Therapist. I am also a third Dan Black Belt and a Karate instructor – so watch your step!

As a firm believer in Continuing Professional Development, I regularly attend complementary therapy courses and workshops in my own, and related fields, which continue to both deepen and expand my skills and knowledge.

From my work over two decades I have no doubt whatsoever that our bodies carry our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual scars within their structure. Our bodies record our lives and often hold on to issues that eventually manifest as “dis-ease” causing us aches, pains, stress, anxiety, sleep issues and causing us to feel down. This “dis-ease” is your body telling you that something is wrong and you really need to address it!

As individuals we all require individual treatment. I tailor all my treatments to the needs of each client, dealing with both specific issues in the tissues, as well as treating the body and person as a whole – in true Holistic Therapist style.

If you are facing any of the issues mentioned, do get in touch – you may be surprised just how much better you can feel.

Thank you
