Anybody can call us at any time whether a claim has already been lodged with your insurer or you just don't know how to proceed. Perhaps you are having to manage quotes and tradesmen yourself and are not finding the process easy? We project manage the entire claim, so that you, the policyholder, do not need to source and manage contractors and handle any regulation requirements that having tradespeople in your property may bring.

We also work with third-party specialists who use state of the art equipment, such as infra-red cameras and advanced moister detectors to identify unseen problems.

Your satisfaction is important to us; therefore, no claim is complete until you sign to confirm that you are happy with the reinstatement works.

This service is offered at no cost to you the policyholder provided that we are able to instruct and manage the contractors who will complete the repair works. However, any excess stated within the policy will still be payable by the policyholder.

As well as working for individuals including landlords, we also offer this service to property management companies, letting agents, block management companies and insurance brokers so that they can help their valued customers gain a fair settlement and quality repair works at the point they need to make a claim.
