'Fantastic service. I was recommended Mark on a Cheltenham page. I got in touch and he instantly got back to me and arranged a date and time to see my car AT MY HOUSE, brill as I have a young child! He came out initially to run tests and was at mine for a good hour trying to work out one of the many issues. He didn’t even charge me for this yet described everything he had done and that needed to be done in detail. One of the jobs was more specialist. He didn’t fob me off, waste my money, speak to me like a dummy. He was honest and helpful and I actually know a little more about my car 😂. I also needed the back box exhaust replacing, which that night he sent me a quote and got me booked in on a day and time that suited me, again at my home. All appointments are confirmed via an email. Invoice sent same day and paid easily via a secure payment link. Price was really good and I deffo felt I got my moneys worth.
