Helping Your Business Thrive

I received a lovely email from a longstanding client, an excerpt of which I share here with her permission:

'Hope you and family are well. I am writing to let you know that I have made a decision to cancel my subscription with Cheltenham Noticeboard. The reason for it is that it has been rather difficult to manage all the workload coming in! I have not taken this decision lightly as you have been a great support and helped my business to grow and brought a lot of new customers who became regular and have been using my services since they were first recommend by you. I am extremely grateful for all your work you have put in advertising and promoting my business and wishing you a lot of success in growing your business and helping other business to grow their own. Thank you again and wishing you all the best for the future.' 

It has been a joy to work with this person. She was always grateful and low maintenance as a client, which is ideal for any business owner! 

A chiropractor once told me that ideally he didn't want clients to keep coming back. He wanted to fix their problems once and for all so they could enjoy their lives pain-free, and he could move on to helping new people. This is how I feel with the service we provide: although we don't relieve physical pain, perhaps we help clients make fruitful connections, create abundance and that in turn helps pay their bills and save for holidays etc. Helping people's businesses to thrive and hearing of them being busy is so rewarding. When they leave, a new person joins and benefits from the service and the energy we put in to promoting them. Over the years we have helped all sorts of businesses and met such lovely people. They deserve to do well. x
